Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information DIY Wreath Ideas (vanguardatec.com, “the site”, “we”) collects when you visit, how it is used and the choices you have. The site is an informational website of handmade wreath tutorials. You can read every tutorial without creating an account or giving us any personal information.

Information you give us

Contact form. When you send a message through the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. The form asks you to tick a box to confirm that you agree to this. The message is delivered by email to the site’s administrator and is not saved in the website’s database. We use it only to read and respond to your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

The site does not offer user accounts, newsletters or a comment section, and it does not sell products.

Information collected automatically

Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts the site may record technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This information is used to keep the site secure and working, and to diagnose technical problems.

Contact form abuse protection. To limit automated submissions, the site keeps a temporary counter of contact form attempts for about an hour. The counter is linked to a scrambled (hashed) form of the sender’s IP address, not to the address itself, and it expires on its own.

Cookies. The site uses very few cookies. They are described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

  • To reply to messages sent through the contact form.
  • To operate, protect and maintain the site.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so the tutorials can be improved.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Third-party services

If the site links to an external website, that site has its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content or practices.

Analytics and advertising. At the date of this policy, the site does not run third-party analytics or advertising. If we add such services in the future, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits or to show and measure ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Before those services are used, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated to name the providers and to explain your choices, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the administrator’s mailbox only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized according to the hosting provider’s retention settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Children’s privacy

The site publishes craft tutorials that families may use together, but it is intended to be used by adults or under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
