Pom-Pom Wreath: Making and Attaching Yarn Pom-Poms

Make yarn pom-poms in three sizes with a cardboard template or a fork, then tie or glue them onto a wrapped ring, large ones first.

Wrap a foam ring in bulky yarn with snug, side-by-side turns, change color on the back and finish with a small cluster of felt leaves and flowers.

Tear or cut cotton fabric into short strips and knot them onto a wire frame, ring by ring, until the metal is hidden under a shaggy ring of cloth.
